Talk Show Host Honored by Commerce Bank of Boynton Beach Now Offers Single Parent Support Over the Telephone

(January 22, 2007 Boynton Beach) ― Judy Romanoff is now launching the new Coach Judy Talk Show, with a live audience, that will feature a segment on single parenting and video taped for downloading from I Tunes as well as call-in phone support.

"I was contacted by Maria Werrlein, Assistant Vice President of Commerce Bank, Boynton Beach," says Judy, "and informed that on November 18, 2006, I was going to be honored as their 'Home Town Hero' for the great work I've done in the community for single parents... that includes the recent Coach Judy Dental Make Over. And that I would received a $500 check for the non-profit tax exempt organization."

"Receiving the check has made it possible for me to offer new programs that enhance the lives of families, (extended family members too) in dealing with divorce, single parenting, and coping with Fibromyalgia."

Judy says she was inspired by recent trends and events. "With over half the country being single parents, and seeing how costly court actions are and how it can set off abuse that sometimes ends murder." (Recently, two children in S. Florida were murdered by their non-custodial father, and the bombing of a home in New York).

"The organization's unique programs are in great demand. From paternity testing to products that empower and celebrate being a single parent," says Judy.

The National Single Parents Resource Center goal is to offer programs that educate, empower parents on how to work in the "Best Interest of Children" and reduce the abuse too often associated with separation. Various fundraisers will be planned to help parents in need of the programs who are economically challenged and by increasing the number of volunteers in the community. Karen Mical of Boca Raton, is the first to volunteered her efforts to pass out flyers that promote the different programs.
